Dr Carol Bell is a Director of the Development Bank of Wales, and Chairs its Investment Committee, having built a broad portfolio career since leaving Investment Banking in the City of London. She is passionate about education and is Chairman of the British School at Athens and sits on several University and Museum boards including Cardiff University and the National Museum of Wales. Through her continued involvement in business, she travels extensively and is a first hand observer of other nations and their cultures, both as an archaeologist and as a business woman, and is a frequent broadcaster in Welsh.
